Maria Chiara Fiorucci Ha compiuto gli studi musicali presso il Conservatorio di Musica di Perugia sotto la guida di Sandra Binazzi, diplomandosi nel 2006 con il massimo dei voti, vincendo nello stesso anno una borsa di studio come migliore allieva ed esibendosi come arpista solista. Attualmente segue il corso di laurea di II° livello nel proprio strumento presso lo stesso Conservatorio sotto la guida di Maria Rosa Fogagnolo. Si perfeziona con l'arpista israeliana Judith Liber, Prima arpa solista dell'Orchestra Filarmonica di Tel Aviv. Viene ammessa per l'anno 2006/07 alla frequenza del corso di qualificazione professionale per professori d'orchestra di Siena tenuto, dal M° Lü Jia per esercitazioni orchestrali e M° Susanna Bertuccioli, prima arpa del Maggio Fiorentino, per la classe di arpa. Ha al suo attivo esperienze concertistiche sia come componente di gruppi cameristici che come solista. Nel 2001 inizia a collaborare con il Coro e Orchestra dell'Università degli studi di Perugia diretta dal M° Silivestro come Prima Arpa e nel 2005 inizia a lavorare per l'A.G.I.MUS in formazione flauto e arpa in occasione della Manifestazione "Musica e Poesia", portando alla formazione del Duo Narthex con il flautista tifernate Andrea Biagini. Il duo vanta diverse esperienze concertistiche nel centro Italia. Nel 2005 con la "United Artists for Peace Chamber Orchestra" ha eseguito in prima assoluta al festival di Assisi "The Voice of Nature" del compositore Massimo Onofri. Sempre nell'estate del 2005 inizia la collaborazione con un gruppo di 4 flauti, segnando la nascita del quintetto Venereclassic, che attualmente ha al suo attivo diverse esperienze concertistiche nell'ambito di molteplici manifestazioni musicali come " La notte bianca" e "Tenera è la notte", organizzate dal comune di Perugia, e "Venerelettrica", il festival di fermenti culturali al femminile che si svolge nella stessa città di Perugia. Nel 2006 concorre alle selezioni T.I.M conseguendo il diploma di merito nella categoria "musica da camera", con la formazione di flauto e arpa; partecipa alla realizzazione del musical Star Wars con l'Arcadia Wind Orchestra; nella primavera del 2006 incide un cd tributo a Bob Marley in occasione del venticinquesimo anniversario della morte con la Ballatine band. Sempre nel 2006 incide per l'etichetta Capstone Records il cd "String Chamber Music", musiche inedite del compositore americano Jon Ward Bauman per violino violoncello e arpa. Nel 2007 fonda con l'arpista Laura Vinciguerra il duo Aeolian Flux che, pur neonato, ha già al suo attivo diverse esperienze concertistiche nel centro e nord Italia. Si esibisce inoltre con il trio di arpe Vibrisse de Lune. Atre formazioni cameristiche al suo attivo, da lei costituite sono il Duo Vlaion (violino e arpa) e il Trio Fleurs Musicaux( voce arpa e flauto). Attualmente collabora in veste di solista con il Collegium Vocale Tifernum, con cui ha effettuato una tournée di concerti in Francia e con la Camerata Strumentale Umbra, diretti dal M° Stefano Mastriforti; con l'Orchestra Sinfonica di Perugia e dell'Umbria diretta dal M° Giuliano Silveri, con l' Orchestra d'Armonia Città di Terni, con la Ladies Italian Chamber Orchestra diretta dal M° Francesco Traversi. Collabora inoltre con l'Orchestra del Teatro Lirico Sperimentale di Spoleto. Ha collaborato in qualità di Prima Arpa al POE (Project Orchestre Europèenne). E' prima arpa nell' Orchestra Filarmonica di Roma diretta dal M° Ezio Monti. Si è inoltre esibita come arpa solista in recitals e pieces teatrali in città come Viterbo, Roma, Arezzo e Potenza, incidendo con il pianista Flavio Ponzi il cd "Natura ispiratrice" immagini introspezioni movimento. Claudio Chiara (sax alto), Jazz Claudio Chiara is born in Moncalieri (Turin), town where he lives, the11-10-1960. In 1982 he graduated in double bass at the Conservatory of Music"G.Verdi" of Turin with Enzo Ferraris. At the same time he approaches to the jazz music and studies the saxophone as an autodidact. Since 1986 he is the first alto sax in Gianni Basso's big band with which he accompanies famous American musicians as Lee Konitz, Ernie Wilkins etc. and again, always as the leader of the sax' section, he works with several big bands such as l'Orchestra Ritmica della Rai di Milano, the big band del"Paese degli Specchi" of Bologna with which he has played with artists such as George Russel and Kenny Wheeler. In June 2002, together with l'Orchestra Sinfonica della R.S.I.(Radio Svizzera Italiana) at the Estival Jazz of Lugano he played with the vocal group called "New York Voices". In 1992 he plays in the quartet of Tullio De Piscopo and then in the quartet of the double bass player Luciano Milanese. In 2001 Claudio Chiara founds together with his brother Fulvio, trumpeter, and the drummer Gianni Cazzola, the "Bop Quintet" with which he participates in many jazz festivals, such as the "Torino International Jazz Festival", "Ancona Jazz","Camera del Lavoro di Milano", "Festival di Macerata" , "Blue Note" of Milan. In 2002 he participates in the International Competition for Big Band of Barga (Lucca) dedicated to Monk and becomes second in the Section B Original Compositions with his piece entitled "African Song". In June 2003 he plays in the legendary group "Five for Jazz" of the pianist Luigi Bonafede with Pietro Tonolo, Lucio Terzano and Paolo Pellegatti for two concerts dedicated to the great saxophonist Massimo Urbani. In 2004, together with the American singer and pianist Patti Wicks, he records a CD entitled "Basic Feeling", an album that has known favourable consensus, specially in the American press. Since 1995 he is part of the band of the famous Paolo Conte with which he has played in the most important European theatres. In February 2006, always with Conte's band, he performed in a concert on the prestigious stage of "Medal Plazas" of Turin, during the Olympic Winter Games "Torino 2006".
