Seaweed is also a good source of protein. lentils, etc avoid dehydration and constipation avoid flashing things like TV stores and MTV and video games and so on. even the sunlight through trees while travelling in a vehicle can set them off if the flicker is just right fluorescent tube lights in malls and libraries and doctor's offices can cause problems too, avoid pharmaceuticals of all kinds if you can. once you get clean of gross foods and pharmaceuticals, you might not be having seizures often enough to need pharmaceuticals. stop wearing underarm deodorant!!!! most of them have propylene glycol in them. get some healthy stuff from the health food store. ask them lost of questions about herbal remedies and non-toxic stuff. do yoga meditate lead a slow, retired-person lifestyle but also, get enough exercise...... be in the best shape you can be, without overdoing it move out of the city if you can, and stay out if you can. clean air, clean brain. as for marijuana: If you are under the age of 18-19, you should not be using cannabis because there is some science to suggest that it interferes with the development of the frontal lobe of the brain. Also, smoking is a dirty way to deliver it, and street pot is often contaminated with chemicals due to poor growing techniques. cannabis is an anticonvulsant that will generally reduce the likelihood of seizures, but lifestyle (not challenging the organism so it is likely to seize) is far more important. also, not just ANY pot will do. clean organic pot is the way to go. KNOW YOUR GROW. get some books and consult websites about ORGANIC cannabis. www.medicalmarihuana.ca www.medicalmarijuanainformation.com www.treatingyourself.com Christine medicates every 2-4 hrs with cannabis, which keeps the seizures from happening (more or less). What is graphic design? A lo-fi vox pop made in 2002, that asks people on the streets of Melbourne the basic questions about graphic design. By Studio Pip and Co. and Dogma Productions with Andrew Pegler. This short film was made to gather the general publics view of graphic design for the not-for-profit organisation Australian Graphic Design Association. All permissions were asked and granted from the various respondents. All respondents were thanked after their response. GRAPHIC CONTENT NEW TRAGEDY.... **Motorcyclist dies in Utah speed record attempt** Sep 5, 12:41 am EDT SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (AFP) -- A motorcyclist was killed after losing control of his bike at 385 kilometers (239 miles) per hour and crashing on Utah's famous Bonneville Salt Flats, authorities and reports said Thursday. The American Motorcyclist Association said in a statement on its website that 49-year-old Cliff Gullett of Montana was killed in an accident during a time trial at the location, around 185 kilometers (115 miles) west of Salt Lake City. The AMA said Gullett was competing in the 500cc class during a time trial speed racing event when his bike crashed. Reports said Gullett was aiming to set a record for the fastest two-stroke, two-cylinder motorcycle. The Salt Lake Tribune cited police investigators as saying Gullett was travelling at 239 miles per hour before the crash. The Bonneville Salt Flats have been used as a speed testing ground since 1896 and became famous in 1935 when British motorsport legend Malcolm Campbell broke the world land speed record at the site. The initial idea came form the continuously observation of the city/cities around me and our life. I lived around the Canary Wharf area in London for two years, the pression of the night time of the area inspired me to find out the connections of the light and empty buildings with type. The idea of using only type to build up the city is inspired by the Braille, cause what I think is for those blind people, what they can see of the city are ot the actual figures, shapes and colours, but what's in their head is only the feeling f touching the Braille.
