Classified Intelligence About FEMA Camps Leaked The U.S. government, under a program called REX 84, runs approximately 3,708 detention camps nationwide. They are all fully operational and ready to recieve prisoners should the US government institute matial law. The Rex 84 Program was initially established as a way to deal with a mass exodus of illegal aliens crossing the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency). Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons. Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation. The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people. The Academy Is... "Classifieds" Music video I directed for the song Classifieds, for The Academy Is... I can't remember the exact budget for this video but it was, as is apparent, very low. I think this was the third or fourth music video I ever made. The video takes place inside of a Playmobil doll house. I did all the compositing myself with longtime collaborator Andrew Ralston. This was the first time Andrew and I ever considered the possibility of compositing with miniatures, and we literally taught ourselves the process as we went along. This was a difficult video to make, at the time, but the learning experience was invaluable. (Check out my new video for The Delta Fiasco to see what a proper compositing job with miniatures looks like.) For some reason the band never released this video, I was never told why. I guess they didn't like it, or the label didn't like it. I've always felt really bad about that. There are a lot of things wrong with it, but considering all the work was done by two guys on a shoestring budget it's not THAT bad!
