Aynsley's myspace profile can be found at: http://www.myspace.com/aynsleylister Aynsley picked up the guitar at 8 and played his first gig at 13. One year later on a family trip to San Francisco, he was jamming at 'Lou's Bar' on Pier 49. Brought up on his father's record collection, he had learned to play by ear and would sit for hours in his bedroom playing along to old 45s of Freddie King, John Mayall and Eric Clapton. He spent the next few years honing his craft and would play with anyone, anywhere. By the time he was 18, he had worked his way through various bands and decided to form his own. The band recorded two albums, but it was the second of these two that started things happening. Aynsley had begun writing and it was the three original numbers of this album that attracted the attention of Ruf Records' head honcho Thomas Ruf. In the summer of 1998, they signed a deal. Armed with an album worth of original songs and a handful of cover's, Aynsley went into the studio with Producer Jim Gaines and set to work of his first major album. It would prove to be the start of a long and fruitful career taking him over the next few years all over Europe ,and working with some of the top names on the circuit. Jo Nichols - Bass http://www.myspace.com/jonichols Jo joined Aynsley in June 2006 to complete the new line up. Born and raised in Oxford, she studied music in Birmingham and graduated in 2003. Since then she has played and toured non-stop including sessions on BBC radio and a tour of Canada Rich Spooner - Drums http://www.myspace.com/docspoons Joining Aynsley back in May 2006, Richard Spooner or 'Doc Spoons' as he is affectionately known in the drum world, first picked up a pair of sticks at the age of 14. A seasoned session player for many years, including various TV/radio session appearances (BBC/ITV/CH4/MTV), Rich is also the in-house drummer/percussionist for 'The Groove Criminal' production team. This has seen Doc's moves featured on several commercial sample CDs and the cover CDs/DVDs of both Future Music and Computer Music magazines. In addition to this, Rich can also be seen on the 'Clinic' circuit with Mapex and Paiste and also in Drummer magazine with his own monthly tuition column. Randall Sutton Larry Randall Sutton, age 38, of Desha, Arkansas passed away Saturday, August 2, 2008. He was born in Batesville, Arkansas on January 21, 1970 and was a member of the Church of Christ. He was a graduate of Batesville High School. Survivors include: two children, a daughter, Emily Rae Sutton of the home and a son, William Randall Dean Sutton of Newark; his mother, Martha Sutton of Desha; one brother, Rocky Sutton and his wife, Laura of Batesville; two sisters, Cassy Sutton Murray of Poplar Bluff, MO and Rhonda Sutton Taylor and Wesley Taylor of Desha; three nieces, Jessica Sutton of Batesville, Rebekah Taylor of Batesville and Halli Raye Taylor of Desha and family friend, Thurlow Freeze. He was preceded in death by his father, Don R. Sutton of Desha and a sister, Sandra Sutton Smith of Desha. Graveside services will be Thursday, August 7, 10:00 a.m., at the York Cemetery in Marcella, Arkansas with Larry Sellers officiating. Visitation is Wednesday, August 6, from 5-7 p.m. at the Willis Funeral Service of Batesville. Pallbearers will be Kevin Salter, Roger Lawrence, Jay Jefferson, Chris Helms, Jonnie Brewer and Ricky Jeffery. Honorary pallbearers will be Bill Nixon, Larry Ballard, Sammy Keller and Rick Robertson.
