Trap Eagle "Wedgetail" in Phils Predator Trap & Released This wedgetail Eagle was Inadvertently captured and then released unharmed. The trap is designed to capture large predators (40kg+) such as big cats and wild dogs. It also captures feral cats and foxes all unharmed. In this case surprisingly a Wedgetail Eagle was captured Unharmed and released. Yes the Eagle went in to try and pounce on one oif the three live rabbits that live in the "resort" section of this humane trap design. The key to the trap are rabbits that lead the predator into the trap and no animal is harmed. The predator is fooled to believe it can access the live rabbits, but it is prevented due to an impenetrable 22mm thick laminated glass panel. As the predator approaches the glass panel ready to pounce on a rabbit it can not avoid but to step onto the buried 900mm X 500mm wide activation pad, which triggers the release of a spring loaded and gravity accellerated drop down shutter door. The trap has two separate sections the actual trap section wich can detach from the the section which contains the live bait (rabbits). The reason it detaches is because it also allows for transportation without fear of personal injury from a wild aggressive predator. The rabbits are auto/gravity fed with 5 months of feed and unlimited water from the river, which the rabbits acess thru a tubed of rolled mesh wire stretching for 65 metres, thru the feeder station (45metres and the river 65 metres away from the trap itself. 5 months of feed means NO Human scent. Trap activations are flagged to view from 500 metres away from a drive by track, or can be signaled by transmitter. Google Phil Trap to see design. See Phil Trap (for more on this trap design) www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQKLwGCMbnE I brainstormed, designed and built it. The design is free for you good people. No patents, just good times and unharmed animals. All I ask is Just call it the Phil Trap. & that's it. Good health to you and the wildlife Phil (one of the good guys). This trap design is a winner Tags: Wedgetail Eagle Phil Trap trap designs |

THIS EXIT - Mr Yummy Mr Yummy refers to companies such as Gunns Pty Ltd who are an Australian logging company. While Australia is a large continent, it is mostly scrub & desert with the coastal areas of Australia the exception & Tasmania. Gunns already heavily log Tasmania at 3.4 M Tonnes a year & now plan to build a Pulp Mill there. Impacts in Brief: • Up to 40 Billion Litres of water will be used each year to run the Mill. • 64,000 Litres of water & effluent will pumped out to sea each day. • Gunns wood chipping & pulping to double to 7 Million Tonnes a year. • Their Logging actions will bring species such as the wedge tail Eagle & Tasmanian Devil, closer to Extinction. • For a Business to survive it MUST make profit. For it to make profit, it must grow. For a logging company to grow & return results to its share holders it must log more & more frequently. Music by "This Exit".
