The Tiger & The Duke Debut at Gathering Grounds This project is SO ALL ABOUT the music, if I didn't absolutely adore the individuals so much they would fade into...I don't know, something less than the background...the ambience. Former members of Caroline Monroe, Chris and Eric, have been rather scarce while they re-grouped and wrote new material. Chris had kinda disappeared off the face of the earth as well. Rez and D&K both played their reunion shows on the Gallery Stage with The 77's in between to keep us from getting too sentimental. There was a young couple seated next to me with a precious little headbanging baby girl (complete with purple ear plugs). The daddy kept me firmly rooted in reality... every few minutes he'd shoot a camera photo and send it to his dad's phone back home as he'd smile and comment to me, "I wish Dad was here...he love them." or "I grew up listening to these guys now my baby will." Blissed - Shut Up @ Cornerstone 2008 I love this song. I've said the same thing SO MANY TIMES...that I wish some people who say they are Christians would just keep their mouth shut about it. Noah - My Man in Trees! Have you seen the TV series Men in Trees? I haven't. Catchy title though. Noah, My eldest son does tree work. The recent storms throughout the midwest have kept him a busy man in trees. A news crew happened by and for 35+ minutes a reporter interviewed him and videographer filmed him hard at work.
