Dylan's Precious Finally another video! Crew: (not GOOOFY crew) Hugo Nobre, Jenn Ogle, Rya Cowperthwaite and Dylan Himbeault. 16 mm Chase project for Film production at Humber College. We had to shoot a chase scene, the problem was, since it was our first time with the film cameras we had tons of restrictions, one of them being static shots only. We made tons of mistakes but in the end it's not a horrible little video. Just a few things about the video. In the shot where Dylan (guy with the Magic card fetish) is running after the card right after it blew from his hands, you can actually see it slide on the floor. Our goal originally was to have it fly across the air and obviously be more visible, but it didn't work out, and we only had 3 hours to shoot this, so no time for new props. In case someone doesn't pick it up, the video is Dylan losing the card, chases it, crashes into the lockers it and then suddenly sees it whisk into a room. Dylan walks into the room and sees the card on the desk where this girl is, he sits in front of her and knows it's going to be tough to get it back, it's a Magic card, everyone wants one. He tries a game of RPS and loses, tries cash, but it's not worth it to the girl, so he decides to just steal it from her and run away.
