A look around the MWg Zinc II Windows Mobile device MWg is a new player in the mobile market, but they have years of experience as they were previously known as O2 Asia. Expansys purchased O2 Asia and is launching a new brand of Windows Mobile device. The Zinc II runs WM 6.1 Professional, has quad-band GSM, and tri-band HSDPA/UMTS, but it is priced around US$750 so that may price it out of contention with some other new devices. First look and tour of the Nokia E71 Nokia created the Eseries devices to appeal to the enterprise/business user and has both QWERTY and standard phone form factor devices. The QWERTY devices have evolved from the chunky and wide E61 to the slimmer E61i and now to the even slimmer Nokia E71. The E71 is almost exactly the same size as the iPhone with a focus on messaging and creation, rather than media consumption. Opera Mobile 9.5 and FM radio on the HTC Touch Diamond Opera Mobile 9.5 is a fantastic web browser and is the default browser on the Touch Diamond. It is mostly the same as the one I showed on the Advantage 7510. HTC also includes a FM radio on the device and it is actually a great radio with RDS support.
