Shoot the Core Review: Thunderforce 6 Postman picks apart Thunderforce 6! Afterthoughts: I didn't mention that changing difficulty limits the amount of continues. This was another feature you don't see much anymore - it hinders people credit feeding on the harder settings - another PRO in my opinion. Lighting on the live shots: I realize the lighting could have been better....the camera auto adjusts, and with the game in the background, things got all messed up. I'm still learning as I go along, so hopefully next time more problems will be ironed out. RGB Conflict Warred: Kamui and Samidare ships Conflict Warred is the latest in the RGB series released at Comiket 74. The best feature of this game is an R-Type Final-esque ship hangar, which just so happens to have craft from other doujin shmups. Such as the ship from Kamui, which is the most powerful I've found yet ;) If anyone knows how to trigger the final boss or understands the PS attack or chain requirements, please let me know. BugsRider - Online RPG shmup Download link: http://bugsrider.gamengame.com/ This is an interesting multiplayer online vs. shmup - Bugsrider. This match is three players. The way it works is only one person can attack at a time, while the others are in defense mode. Thing is, you CANNOT control anything when defending. So, you are at the mercy of the other player. This brings some strategy into the game - should you gang up on one person? Or try not to piss off the highest level character? Keyboard controls only so far, you have shot, charge shot, and bomb. You can gain XP and level up, and also buy upgrades at a shop in the central hub. I like this so far. It's still in beta testing mode as of posting this, so all stats will be erased (don't spend days leveling up just yet). Change Air Blade level1 Change Air Blade is an arcade shooter, something you don't see very often. Gameplay reminds me of Street Fighter, only with shmups. To beat the one player mode, you need to clear a certain number of boss fights. The enemy can attach an armor when almost dead, which has more difficult dodging patterns.
